Yes. The hose reel can be securely mounted on Hardie plank as long as proper anchors or mounting hardware are used.

No. The internal spring tension is factory-calibrated to safely support hose retraction. Adjusting or loosening the spring is not recommended and may result in serious safety risks.

Yes. The nozzle can be replaced with standard-compatible nozzles available through official or reputable retailers. Please follow the user manual and, when possible, use original or compatible accessories to ensure proper performance.

The leader (inlet) hose can be replaced. However, the main internal hose is not designed for replacement.

The reel is designed for outdoor use and features a UV-resistant PP housing. For extended longevity, we recommend placing it in a shaded area or using a protective cover to reduce sun exposure and weather-related aging.

Before winter storage:

 Drain all remaining water completely

 Disconnect and store the unit indoors or in a protected area

 Use a winter cover if stored outdoors
